Intro to GIMP

Participants are invited to join us on Discord to learn to use GIMP, a free image manipulation tool which can be used to create digital art, edit photos, and more. During this program, participants will receive an overview of GIMP. They will also be given a chance to create their own artwork.

Participants should visit gimp.org/downloads/ and down GIMP prior to the start of this program.

Beginning Monday, March 21, registration can be completed online below, by calling 309.590.6168, or by visiting the Adult Services Desk at the Library and registering in person. As soon as registration is complete, you will receive an email with a link to access the online discussion.

Participants of this Intro to GIMP program will be able to use the skills learned during the Visual Poetry on GIMP program which will take place on Wednesday, April 20, 2022. To register for that program, visit bit.ly/bplgimppoetry.
