Notes:
- Community room usage is not always, but can be, subject to fees.
- Refreshments and covered beverages with secure lids are allowed but should be carefully planned to reduce messes. Boxed lunches/dinners are allowed, but full buffet meals are not allowed. Bringing in food other than what is previously mentioned must be approved by the Library’s Meeting Space Coordinator.
