- This event is for registrants age 11 to 18.
- This event is for registrants grade 6th Grade to 12th Grade.
Program Description
Illinois Art Station will lead our teen art afternoons on the dates listed below. Each class will feature a different project.
During the registration window each session of this program, registration can be completed online below, by calling 309.590.6168 or by visiting the Help Desk at the Library and registering in person.
Dates and projects:
- June 12 : Fantasy Landscapes/Mapping inspired by Juane Quick-to-See Smith, Jasper Johns, Gug Bones, and Daniel Hasenbos
- July 10 : Printmaking inspired by Frances Gearhart and Andy Warhol
- Aug 14 : Collage with artmaking inspired by Surrealist Salvador Dali and Dadaist Hannah Höch

Hearing Device Assistance
To accommodate hard-of-hearing patrons, the library offers the use of assistive listening devices in each Community Room and in each Children’s Program Room.
