T-Shirt Designs with Codeblocks
Alongside Tinkercad, Codeblocks is a program which creates 3D models used during 3D printing. In this program, teens will explore another use of the software by converting their 3D designs into a 2D SVG (scalable vector graphic) format. The SVG designs will then be applied to a T-shirt. There will be a brief introduction to the software before teens are led through the steps to all create the same design. Teens will then be allowed to experiment with their own unique designs which will be printed on a shirt.
The program will take place in the library's Computer Lab. Laptops will be provided.
