Join us for STREAM on Zoom's Dr. Seuss Inspired Art Challenge!

In honor of Dr. Seuss' birthday (March 2, 1904), we challenge you to create your own work of art based on your favorite Dr. Seuss book to share during our Zoom program. (Examples: A craft stick hat from The Cat in the Hat or a paper plate truffula tree from The Lorax.)

Participants will need to supply their own materials for this program. Once you have created your art piece, save your creation to share during our Zoom event. Each participant will need to individually register for the event and will have time to share what they have created along with the title of  the book that inspired them.

This program is suitable for children ages 3-11 years. Children under the age of 5 years may need adult assistance.

During the registration window for this program, registration can be completed online below, by calling 309.590.6155, or by visiting the Children's Desk at the Library and registering in person. As soon as registration is complete, you will receive an email with a link to the online program.
