STREAM on Zoom

Join us for STREAM on Zoom, as we explore liquids and colors through a series of science experiments!

During the registration window for this program, registration can be completed online below or by calling 309.590.6155. As soon as registration is complete, you will receive an email with a link to the online program. 

SUPPLIES WILL BE PROVIDED IN ADVANCE. 

Register by 12pm on Friday, January 29, to reserve a craft packet which will need to be picked up from the library via Curbside Service prior to the start of the program. Packets will be available only to registered participants between 10am on Monday, January 18, and 4:30pm on Friday, January 29. 

Supply packs will include: 

  • 10 clear plastic cups 

  • 2 Paper Towels

  • 4 Alka Seltzer Tablets

  • Liquid Water Color or Food Coloring (red, blue, yellow)

  • Cooking Oil

Participants will need to supply their own work space, supplies for clean-up, water, a set of markers, tape/glue, scissors, and spoons for mixing. This supply packet will contain liquids in small containers inside of storage bags. Please be careful when transporting supply packets to your homes. 

This program is suitable for children in grades K-5.
