Program Description

Did you know that May is National Meditation Month?

Take control of your life! Meditation is a simple way to deal with the daily stress we all experience. By incorporating this simple technique into your busy schedule, you can connect with the source of peace and joy already within you. Join facilitator Arlene Samsel for this engaging workshop. 

This program will meet online via Zoom. Registration can be completed online below, by calling 309.590.6168, or in person at the Adult Services Desk. Registrants will receive an email confirmation which contains the link to join this online program.  

Arlene is a former elementary school teacher who has performed publicly as a musician for many years. In addition, Arlene was director of a camp where she taught meditation to children. She has been meditating for 25 years and has led workshops and retreats about the crucial role of meditation in enhancing the daily lives of busy people. Arlene and her family reside in New Brighton, Minnesota.
