Meal Prepping 101
Are you interested in less-hectic mealtimes, saving time in the kitchen, and/or making healthier food choices? During this presentation, dietitians from the Carle Health and Fitness Center will guide attendees through a wide range of meal prep tips such as preparing freezer smoothie packs for breakfast or how to cook complete dinners in advance to be served as upcoming meals.
