Local Author Fair

McLean County boasts a wealth of writers. At the library's Local Author Fair, you'll meet authors who have published their work, either on their own, with an independent publisher, or with a mainstream publisher. You'll also find new books to read, get tips for your own book project, and meet others with similar interests.

Participating authors have written for a variety of age levels and both in fiction and nonfiction genres. Stop in any time throughout this event.

During the month of July, the library solicited applications from authors wanting to participate in the Local Author Fair. After filing the 50 available spots and developing a wait list, the application was closed. Additional author applications are no longer being accepted.
