Program Description

Using the Bernette 70 Embroidery Machine in the library's Innovation Lab, teens will explore embroidery by machine as they create an image which will then be framed. Teens will first learn how to thread the machine and install the bobbin. Teens will also have time to explore the digital interface used to create and/or select designs for their projects. A brief overview of the design software will also be included. Fabric, thread and tools will be provided.

During the registration window for this program, registration can be completed online below, by calling 309.590.6168, or by visiting the Help Desk on the library's second floor to register in person.
