Program Description

This world we live in is a stressful place and there are many factors that can have a negative impact on our daily lives. By befriending our mind, we can wipe the slate clean and detoxify our negative thought patterns to calm the body. Join Arvind Naik, a long-time meditator, to learn how to implement a simple yet very powerful meditation technique that can be life changing.

About Arvind Naik

Arvind Naik, MBA in Global Business Management from NYIT, is an Electronics Engineer and works as a Data Architect and Director of Engineering in the Information Technology field.  Arvind has led meditation programs at various corporations such as Target, Sleep Number, and Vialto, and regularly speaks at libraries across the country. Arvind lives in Minnesota.
