D&D for Kids: Character Creation
Are you in Grades 3-5 and interested in learning how to play 5th edition Dungeons and Dragons?
First, you'll need an adventurer!
For this group session of character creation, we'll be using D&D Beyond, the official digital toolset for Dungeons and Dragons. D&D Beyond walks you step-by-step through the many choices you'll need to make before you start rolling dice and telling stories together. We'll be there, via Zoom, to answer all the questions that arise as you create your hero.
Beginning on Tuesday, June 27, registration can be completed online below, by calling 309.590.6155, or by visiting the Children's Services Desk at the Library and registering in person. As soon as registration is complete, you will receive an email with a link to access the online discussion. This program is limited to 5 participants. A separate session of this program is offered on July 25.
After you've registered for this program, create a free account at dndbeyond.com. You'll receive the Zoom link to our program in the confirmation email that will be sent when you register.
