Program Description

The Art of Connecting Through Meditation

“Connecting” – the universal human ability to build resilience by looking for people, places and things that provide comfort and joy during tough times.

Covid-19 altered life as we know it. As we adjust to new changes, we value connections with each other and with things that provide comfort to give us a sense of security in a world that sometimes feels out of control.

Through meditation, we can find a way to tap into the peace and love that lies within and use this as a shield to the challenging times we face. Join Arlene Samsel for this powerful workshop. There will be a short meditation sitting.

Registration can be completed online below, by calling 309.590.6168, or in person at the Adult Services Desk. Registrants will receive an email confirmation which contains the link to join this online program.
