Color-Stained Wooden Valentine Hearts

With this take-and-make craft, teens can create a Valentine Heart hanging decoration. Kits will be reserved for the first 40 teens who register. An email with details about picking up the kit -- including a pickup deadline -- will follow registration. During registration, registrants will indicate if they’d like to pick up their kit at the Drive-Up Lane, on the Bookmobile, or at the Help Desk (located on the library's 2nd floor). Beginning February 1, registration can be completed online below, by calling 309.590.6168, or by visiting the Help Desk.

Craft kits will contain: 1 wooden heart, a selection of bleeding tissue paper, a small spray bottle, and written instructions. Participants will need to provide their own scissors and water.
