Canvas Art with GIMP

Do you have a favorite picture that you would like to make into a watercolor painting?  In this program Teens will learn to use the filters and brushes in GIMP to transform one of their own digital photos into a watercolor painting.  Once you have your project finished Library staff will print it out on canvas and attach it to a wooden frame for you to pick up at the Circulation desk.

Registration is required and is limited to 15 teens. Registration will open at 10am on Monday, June 14, and can be completed online below, by calling 309.590.6168, or in person at the Adult Services Desk. Teens will need to have GIMP downloaded and ready for when the program begins. The program will be hosted on Zoom.
