Bike Care 101 with WBRP Bike Co-Op
Learn how to maintain your ride this summer when you attend our workshop at the West Bloomington Revitalization Project's Bike Co-Op! Their experts will teach you how to make sure your bike is in good working order with practical advice and safety tips designed for all bicycle riders. This program is perfect for anyone who wants to learn to maintain their own bicycle in a hands-on environment. And thanks to the generosity of Fat Tire Amber Ale, the WBRP Bike Co-op will hand out free bike locks and free helmets to participants.
Please wear clothes that can get dirty.
Registration is required and can be completed online below, by calling 309.590.6168, or in person at the Adult Services Desk.
The Bike Co-op aims to provide accessible transportation and foster community health for the residents of West Bloomington. The Co-op is also a welcoming space where members can learn about building and maintaining safe bicycles.
