Our presenter, Jenna Smith, is a Nutrition and Wellness Educator for University of Illinois Extension serving Livingston, McLean and Woodford Counties. Smith has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences, Food, Nutrition and Dietetics from Illinois State University. She received her Master of Public Health at the University of Illinois Springfield. Smith uses her experience as a registered dietitian and nutritionist to deliver impactful information and cutting-edge programs on topics surrounding food safety and chronic disease prevention and management.
