Program Description
Have you heard? Bloomington Public Library has added two brand new recording studios to its building! But what if you're unsure how to use the equipment or don't have experience using a studio?
No problem!
Join us at 7pm in person in the Computer Lab or watch the livestream at the BPL YouTube page. You'll hear resident audio engineer Gene Crume present the Recording Studio Basics. This comprehensive program will give you a good starting point on how to use the equipment and software that the recording studios use, as well as some general information about audio engineering as a whole.
During the registration window for this program, registration can be completed online below. You may also register by calling 309.590.6168 or by visiting the Reference Desk at the Library and registering in person. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR IN-PERSON ATTENDEES ONLY. Online attendees do not need to register. Online attendees will go to the BPL YouTube page at 7pm on September 25 to tune into the livestream.
Questions about this program can be emailed to Gene at techprograming@bloomingtonlibrary.org.
