Program Description

Meditation has been valued for centuries as being beneficial to physical, mental, and spiritual health. These days, Western medicine, through research-based studies, is also recognizing the efficacy of meditation for improving wellness in the areas of emotional health, brain function, and performance. Meditation can help achieve balance and wellness and can aid in pain management.

Join Gaurav Singh, long-time meditator, for this informative program that is being offered online via Zoom. There will even be a chance to try this meditation practice.

Registration is required for this virtual program and can be completed below, in person at the Help Desk on the 2nd Floor, or by calling 309.590.6168.
