Slowing Down with Author Amy Tan

Prolific author Amy Tan has entranced millions of readers with her moving stories about Chinese people in both China and the United States.  Her newest book The Backyard Bird Chronicles is nonfiction, focusing on what she learned about backyard birds during the pandemic. She is also a musician and singer with the literary garage band Rock Bottom Remainders, whose members include Stephen King, Dave Barry, and Scott Turow.
